Wu Jing stars as Bo, who after killing a crime boss, tries to leave the island where the crime took place. However, Bo’s escape is stalled by a typhoon which is set to hit the island. During his wait on the island, Bo strikes up a relationship with a policewoman after saving her, and is also being pursued by gangsters who work for the wife of a dead crime boss.
